Project overview
Our clients owned a modern family home in Pocklington and were looking for a garden that reflected their style. With space to the front, rear and side of the house, a full garden re-design was required, to help highlight all elements detailed in their brief.
The existing garden was just lawn, with no redeeming features, which gave us the opportunity to create a new garden design to suit.
Working closely with the homeowners, we designed a garden in many parts, focusing on the main rear garden for seating and entertaining for evening sun, with a large lawned area and space for vegetable growing to the side. The front garden and driveway saw a reworking with new driveway adding some kerb appeal and improved space for parking.

The Site & Brief
The homeowners found us online following a bad experience with an alternative company. They had read our reviews and decided to get in touch to help rework their modern family garden and driveway.

- Design a front, side and rear garden that suited their style, and provided a garden they could use and be proud to invite friends to.

- Provide a lighting scheme and external power locations to integrate modern technology into the garden.
- Manage suitable drainage solutions and provide tree care to some of the existing trees.
